The Centre for Teaching and Learning's dedicated Digital Education Service Desk is your one-stop resource for expert support.
The service can help with queries related to technology to support teaching, with a focus on Canvas (the University’s Virtual Learning Environment) and its integration with other tools like Replay and ORLO, offering immediate help or connecting you with the relevant specialist team.
The Digital Education Service Desk is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. Please contact the service at digital.education@ctl.ox.ac.uk.
What does our support include?
- Canvas assistance: Help with creating, setting up, and managing courses
- Digital education tools: Guidance on using tools, such as H5P and Vevox
- Course delivery: Support for transitioning your courses fully or partially online
- Accessibility: Advice on making courses more inclusive and accessible.
We also offer:
- Training guidance: Support for delivering and signposting relevant training
- Project management: Assistance with outreach programs such as UNIQ, UNIQ+ Astrophoria, and Opportunity Oxford.
