Programme Administrator
We are looking for a Programme Administrator to work in a job share, ensuring continuity of support for the Centre for Teaching and Learning's teaching development programmes.
Responsibilities include participant communication, event coordination, admissions, assessment processes and record-keeping. You will collaborate with the Programme Director, Office Manager, and team members, liaise with external bodies, contribute to reports and data monitoring, and assist the Centre’s activities. This role offers skill development opportunities in a supportive environment while contributing to educational excellence at Oxford University.
You will have experience in an administrative role and a track record of working accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service and support to colleagues. Confident using Microsoft Office and handling data, you’ll enjoy learning new systems and using your initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
Grade: Standard Grade 5
Hours: Part-time 0.6FTE
Contract type: Fixed term until 31 July 2026
