Samira Mohammed Ibn Moro

Samira completed her MSc in African Studies at St Antony's College in June 2023, with a research focus on gender, development, and media. Before this, she earned a bachelor's degree in communication studies with a journalism major from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.

Samira is excited to participate in the 2023 internship project, investigating the digital needs of students.  Aside from her interest in digital communications as a discipline, her collective experience as an international student is the fundamental experiential knowledge she brought to the project.

Samira likes reading and learning new skills when she is not working on these concepts; she just learned chess and is excited about learning boxing.
