Zahra Grieve completed her undergraduate degree in Classics at Wadham College in 2022.
She participated in the Centre for Teaching and Learning's Student Experience Internship Scheme during the summer 2022, working on a project to gather information on students’ access to services which support the development of their academic literacies across the collegiate University.
During her time at Oxford, Zahra was involved in fundraising and access initiatives at Wadham, as well as university outreach programs such as UNIQ and Target Oxbridge.
She has a strong interest in outreach and education more broadly and will explore the intersection of these in her upcoming MPhil Education (Critical Approaches to Children’s Literature) at Homerton College, University of Cambridge.
I’m so excited to be contributing to the elimination of Oxford’s awarding gaps in partnership with staff. Every student should have the tools to fulfil their academic potential and get the most out of their Oxford education. This internship project is fundamental to ensuring that that’s the universal experience. It’s a privilege being part of the project and to be working with such a fantastic team!
